AV Needs and Legal Permissions
A/V Needs for Blake Leath
- Lavaliere Microphone
- Sound Connection (for potential media to be played thru Blake’s laptop)
- Largest screen possible (Blake’s presentations are highly visual)
- High-lumens LCD Projector (“bright” and “color-true”). Blake can e-mail his PowerPoint presentation in advance, but he generally runs the presentation using his own laptop due to unusual fonts and last-minute tweaks.
- Back-of-the-room table set-up to display collateral (books, white papers, CD/DVD Series, etc.)
- Extension cord with surge protector
- A 6’ table for Blake’s laptop, projector, and sundry accoutrements at the front of the room (e.g., glass of water and visual aids that he may hold up from time to time)
- No podium, please
- 1’ – 2’ riser, but only if the room warrants it (Blake tends to roam the room and prefers to not be on a “stage”)
