Michael Flores is a Subject Matter Resource for Leath Group, LLC—a dynamic curriculum development and intellectual property greenhouse that grows leaders and shapes cultures. Currently a Vice President, Sales at Flywheel (Formerly SCIenergy, Inc.), he was a recent Partner at NuVision Solutions, a Texas-based firm that provided managerial and technical consulting, curriculum development, and technical writing services to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, he served as the President of Corporate Wisdom Board, a company that provides senior executives of small and medium-sized businesses with an effective, focused, and affordable methodology for process and results improvement. As a Principal of Corporate Wisdom Board, Michael helped to create its proven coaching and mentoring model that leverages effective business tool resources, and an executive peer-review process that enables executives to rapidly lead positive change in their organizations.

Michael brings real-world experience to bear on the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders every day. Michael’s background consists of over 24 years of working for Fortune 500 and FTSE 500 companies in varying leadership capacities including sales, operations, general management, and executive management. Michael also has experience designing, launching, and growing sales and operations organizations from start-up through rapid growth.

By focusing on culture development, direction, vision, customer, and employee satisfaction, as well as prudent fiscal management grounded in sound business-ethics principles, Michael’s passion is helping business leaders find new and innovative ways to solve problems and improve results in real time.

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of New Mexico’s Robert O. Anderson School of Management.

Michael is married to his lovely bride of 22 years and is the proud father of a daughter and two sons. In his spare time, Michael’s creative outlets include playing the guitar and singing for anyone who will listen.
