That was pretty interesting! Thank you so much for sharing this great info. How I wish I can also be given a chance to work in SAS too so I can also enjoy the privilege they have for their employees. It may sound normal to some people but the people benefited from it was a great help for them.

If I worked for a company like that, I would enjoy my job. I would like to see other companies try that philosophy.
