The Blake Leath Group, LLC is frequently seeking highly qualified organizational development professionals and researchers on a short-term, contractor basis to support our work with various entities across the United States.  The minimum requirements include a master's degree (MA, MS, MBA), five years' experience in the human performance field, a great attitude, flexibility, high responsiveness, and strong recommendations from prior/current colleagues or clients.

We have from-home research projects and projects that require half-time travel (approximately 10 days/month) to client sites.
