Kubo *almost* defies description.
It reminded me a lot of The Little Prince, equally lush and beautiful and layered and textured, but it's quite another thing altogether.
Wildly philosophical, it's an allegorical masterpiece—a melancholy, oracular origami.
39 "production babies." A massive, intricate work of art. Were it not so bone-deep sorrowful at times, one could watch it for hours more.
It will tear your heart out, then give you wings.
